Unless your item is faulty or we’ve sent you the wrong product, the cost of returning your order is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we’re unable to accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking details until your return has been processed.

Once your return has arrived safely with us, we’ll check everything over and let you know it’s been received. If your return meets our policy, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Please note that items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
