WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

PAYMENT TERMS:

Proforma on first order, 30 days there after. All goods remain the property of Toasted Crumpet until paid in full. Goods are supplied at current list prices and all orders are a firm sale (not on a sale or return basis).  

 

VAT:

All prices listed within our trade website exclude VAT. VAT will be added to your invoice as appropriate. Our VAT registration number is GB 297390260.

 

MINIMUM ORDERS:

Stationery & Paper Goods ONLY minimum order £60. Homewares ONLY minimum order £150. If you have a COMBINED stationery & homewares order you will only need to meet one of these minimum levels.

 

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Postage & Packaging is charged at cost. Free UK Carriage on stationery & paper goods ONLY orders of £120 or more, homewares ONLY orders of £300 or on COMBINED stationery & homeware orders of £400 or more. For overseas orders, we will provide you with a shipping quote and you are responsible for paying any tariffs and taxes when the goods arrive. All deliveries are tracked so please contact us if you cannot locate your package. 

 

LEAD TIMES:

When in stock orders are typically dispatched within 7 days. Otherwise general lead times are: Greetings Cards & Gift Wrap 2 weeks, Fabric Lines 4 weeks, Tableware 4-6 weeks, Fine Bone China 4 weeks, Fine Art Prints 2 weeks. 

 

AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

Once your order is placed it will be classed as confirmed on receipt of confirmation from Toasted Crumpet. It may be possible to amend/cancel after this period, however please contact us directly on 01372 635359 or email hello@toastedcrumpet.co.uk to discuss any changes as amendments may delay the production/dispatch times initially quoted. 

 

RETURNS & FAULTY/DAMANGED GOODS:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, however, any items do not meet your expectations, please contact us upon receipt, and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please check delivery contents as soon as possible after delivery. In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged in transit, please report problems to us within 5 days.
